Hilary and Joel therefor made a pact that they would wait for her birthday until they have sex. Hilary and Joel are in the studio working on new material for her upcoming album. Its also just minutes away from midnight. When the clock strikes twelve, it will be officially Hilarys birthday and she is well aware...
